Garages, RV Covers, Carports: We can install on level dirt, level gravel pad or level concrete pad. Installers will make sure your Garage, RV Cover or Carport is level to ensure there is no leaking.
Portable Decks/Porches: After your order is placed the deck builder will come out to measure your site to ensure your deck/porch is a perfect fit. Your deck/porch will be setup on 4" solid concrete blocks.
Garages, RV Covers, Carports: We work with you to create a layout that meets your unique needs and specifications. Your estimate includes 3D Images, price breakdown and floor plan. Your estimate will be sent via email.
Portable Decks/Porches: We will discuss size and options you are looking for. Your estimate includes a price breakdown.
Trailers: Please click on the 'Trailers' tab in products list for pricing
We can typically get an estimate to you in about 5- 10 minutes. We will go over your project details to get you the most accurate estimate.
Send us the details and pictures of the site you plan on using in your project.
Make sure to send more than 2 pictures. The more pictures you send the better we can assist you in your upcoming project.
After receiving and reviewing your estimate let us know you are ready. We will go over any final details/changes (if needed) and payment details.
Garages, RV Covers, Carports: You will receive an email copy of your deposit receipt.
Portable Decks/Porches: You will receive an email for you to sign and pay (For Rent to Own).
Trailers: Put your information in above on the trailer you want to buy and we will give you a call about further details.

- 90 Day Craftsmanship Warranty
Portable Deck/Porches:
- Lifetime Warranty against termite damage and fungal decay on all pressure treated wood (Lifetime warranty on vinyl)
- 10 Year Craftsmanship Warranty
- Including rotting, board breakage, fastener failure (boards coming loose), excessive warping (becoming a tripping hazard), roof leakage (if applicable) & rust
Trailers:
- All trailers come with a 6 Month Frame Manufacturer's Warranty
Made with #1 Grade Lumber
- Less knots meaning it has more structural integrity
Built w/Screws
- All screws have a rust-resistant coating
- Floorboards are secured with 3" screws
- Ledger boards are secured with 5" screws
Sanding and Heavier Decking
- Deck boards are sanded to prolong the life of the deck, removing splintered wood and allows better sealer absorption.
- All decking is True Milled 2x6; which is 50% thicker than the standard 5/4 decking; making it more durable and long-lasting
Smooth Edges and Railing
- All edges are rounded for fewer splinters
- Railing sections are fully assembled with screws on a jig for better consistency
